Mariachi Mexican Grill & John's Pizza is the next chapter in a story that began more than a decade ago. Back in 2011, John took over Villa Rosa Restaurant & Pizza in Schnecksville, PA, and devoted himself to building on its Italian roots while working tirelessly to make the restaurant his own. In 2015, he introduced authentic Mexican cuisine crafted with the help of a chef from Pueblo, Mexico — bold, flavorful dishes that quickly became known as the most authentic in the area. Over time, those flavors became the heartbeat of the business, while the Italian menu and pizza only grew stronger, perfected through years of care and dedication.

In 2025, after fifteen years of hard work and growth, John took another leap of faith, moving a short distance to Slatington, PA and giving the restaurant a new name: Mariachi Mexican Grill & John’s Pizza. The move may be small on the map, but it represents a fresh start, a chance to welcome new neighbors, and a renewed commitment to serving the same high-quality food our customers have always loved. Mariachi Mexican Grill & John's Pizza es la nueva etapa de una historia que comenzó en 2011, cuando John tomó las riendas de Villa Rosa Restaurant & Pizza en Schnecksville, PA.
